Have had a unit here for over 4 years and only 2 price hikes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Facility is clean and well maintained. There are freight elevators and push carts available for the upstairs units. Unless you're constantly in and out of your unit, the second story units are the best bang for your buck with minimal extra work utilizing the elevators.

My sister has a unit here. I work for a place that owns one of the outfits and ours pales in comparison. Stor it is almost spotless clean, this includes the lot and internal building and units. I was impressed. I also met the ladybon site manager who couldnt be more nice. They have easter decorations out which was a nice touch.

We have been very pleased with Stor-It Self Storage in Aliso Viejo. It is up the street from our house making it extremely convenient. The facility is very clean and well maintained with easy access to the storage. The service is fantastic because of Jean and her husband Richard who helped us open the account. They are always helpful and go out of their way to be hospitable.

We searched for local storage locations close to Aliso Viejo and were pleasantly surprised to find Stor-It Self Storage so affordable and close to our home. Today, (12/26/12), we met Kim and Al, the on-site managers. They were very friendly, informative and personally helped us choose the right size for our needs by showing each available space. We were able to quickly decide, complete the paperwork and get ready to complete our move within a couple days. Everything about the facility more than meets our expectations (clean, dry, easy access) and we highly recommend Stor-It Self Storage!

When trying to decide on a storage space, I did my homework and visited quite a number of facilities in south Orange County. Stor-It Self Storage in Aliso Viejo got my vote and gets a big thumbs up! The facility is always spotless; customer service is great; staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful; and the prices are the most competitive! I used to have a storage unit at another location but it was always run down, the office would be closed when it was supposed to be open and the staff was less then helpful. So when I went looking for a new location my criteria was simple. Clean, set hours, nice staff. Stor-It self storage hit all of those KPI's. I recommend this place to anyone looking for self storage short term or long term.

This place needs a higher score overall and I don't think the negative reviews are correct. I have had nothing but positive experiences here so far in my 1st month of renting. I just copied this from my Yelp review: I don't know why I ever rented from Public Storage or Extra Space Storage before. To be honest, Stor-It Vault Self Storage was not my first choice, but now it's my favorite choice. I needed to move out of my Public Storage location due to a relocation. I had to find a storage place closer to where I lived and also wanted to find a safe storage place that had a discounted move in special. This place met all the criteria that I needed. I found this and more with Stor-It Vault Self Storage. Lupe was extremely helpful to me on the phone by answering all of my questions and concerns. She even stayed a few minutes after the office closed to wait for me to show me a unit. I also found out that they let you use their own moving truck for up to 7 days from the date you move in, free of charge up to 40 miles! You just have to pay for the gas used. Can't beat that deal! Well, life got busy and I couldn't use the moving truck for my first 7 days of renting. I called about 2 weeks into my rental term and Lupe once again impressed me by making an exception. Honestly, she's got some great customer service skills and comes across as genuinely caring and helpful. I'm so glad I found this place out of necessity.

Hello: I just wanted to reconfirm my experience with Vault Storage. I helped a friend of mine move to storage a few months ago he chose Vault Storage in Anaheim Lupe was very helpful, courteous and professional. Everything there is on the first floor. I would recommend to anyone.

I helped a friend of mine move into VAULT Storage in Anaheim, CA. On Brookhurst ST He had a lot of boxes, furniture, tools and garage items. Lupe one of the managers there suggested a 10 X 30 unit everything fit perfectly. Lupe was courteous and professional. The best things about Vault Storage was no stairs or elevators all ground level very clean and secure. I would recommend that facility to anyone. Thanks.

Stor-it Self Storage: in Costa Mesa is a Clean, and Tidy place with very Helpful Employees. They have many different size Units to accommodate anyone's needs. But, their Hour's of Accessibility is not very good for those who have a Business ! Access is from: 7 AM - 7 PM, 6 Day's a Week, and 7-6 on Sunday's.

Lady in the front office was super helpful and nice. Had an unexpected event happen where I needed a storage asap and she was able to help me and get me situated.

I honestly can't say enough about how awesome my experience was. The movers I hired were originally supposed to pick up my items to be stored around 3pm. 3 bacame 4, 4 became 530, In the end they didn't show until 615, well after the storage facility closed gate access. I let Kurt and Robie (resident managers) know about the delay ahead of time. They seemed to understand what a pain moving can be even when things are running on-time. They said they would come back and open up for me even if it was past closing when we arrived. Which they did almost an hour past closing. They then took the time to explain everyhting and advise me on safe storage practices (even helped with a mattress bag and moisture kit). they didn't try to rush me out, I felt like a valued customer that showed up during regular business hours. Kurt and Robie were so great it felt like I was dealing with family. Additionally the facility was very well kept, safe and easy to find. The prices are more than reasonable. I would recomend this location to anyone, even if its out of the way or a little more expensive, you can't put a price on the quality of service and friendly experience!

They're the BEST!!! I've worked in this neighbor hood & I know that it is constantly patrolled by police. There's a bunch of other little businesses in the area so everyone keeps a good eye on the neighborhood. The staff is super friendly & helpfull! The facility is clean and someone is at the location most of the time. Even if the office is closed there is someone there to keep an eye & ear out. The fact that a lot of the storage unites are inside & up stairs makes it harder for someone to brake in & get away with anything. I've had a few other storages and the vibe here is GREAT! I love the place so much that my recommendation to a friend was rewarded with $25.00 off my next rent. Rusty and Tara who run STOR-IT Foothill Ranch could not be friendlier and more welcoming. Personal and professional. Honestly, they feel like family. They keep the facility spotlessly clean and fresh, and very importantly, I feel entirely safe there personally as well as my belongings. I had units at this storage facility from 2021 to 2024 and never had any problems with the unit or billing. This facility is run by the sweetest couple, Rusty and Tara. They are so friendly and genuine, I really felt that my unit was in good hands. In 2023, I moved everything from my unit to a bigger one. Tara seamlessly handled the backend of the transition and even applied any leftover credit from the old unit to the new one. One time, Rusty saw that I was working in the unit and personally drove over to have me speak with Tara about a payment I had missed so I wouldn't hit the late fee. They could easily have said nothing and gotten that extra late fee but they are honestly looking out for their clients. When my fiance and I moved into our new home and vacated the unit, in the whirlwind of moving I forgot to call to let them know. The next morning, Rusty saw our unit had been emptied and called me to confirm that our account could be closed. I appreciate how observant he was in noticing and calling, it was one less thing to worry about during our move. Summary: pricing at this storage facility is very fair and it is incredibly well managed, which is important when trusting someone with keeping all your things safe. 10/10 would recommend!

This storage facility was a pleasure to do business with. Friendly owners, easy access to get in and out with your code on a pin pad, the grounds were always clean and easy to navigate through. Our storage unit was on the inside of one of the buildings so it was super easy to pull up the car to unload and load. We used them for almost a year as we were getting ready to move out of state and turns out the owner's home state was the same state. Highly recommend this facility!

Needed a storage and upon a friends recommendation, I went to Stor-It Self Storage. I was met and assisted by employee Xiomara who promptly assisted me in renting a unit. An Amazing experience!! The people are wonderful and very accommodating! They have a free moving truck you can use for one day and plenty of carts. There’s plenty of space to park near your unit! The prices are very reasonable and don’t increase all the time like the other ones. They have super small units and big ones too. The location is perfect, right near Washington & Lincoln. This place really is a SELF-Storage! They have an elevator that seems a bit old school, but that’s okay because it has a 1’000 lb capacity! I recently moved from Public Storage because their prices sky rocketed within a span of months! I’ve actually heard of this place years ago and I should’ve reserved a unit from them from the beginning! They have been extremely helpful with me! Not to mention their Patience! Moving and storing stuff can be a hassle or have weight. The staff and manager are wonderful understanding people. It feels like a family owned storage company in a sense. Anyway, best decision I ever made! Prices are beyond reasonable depending what you need.

"same unit size" Stor-it Self Storage cost me $160.00 to move in $130.00 the next month, then the 3rd month was my unit cost. To top it off you get a golf cart ride to the unit. Good Price, Excellent service and would recommend this place to anyone. Bill T

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous when moving in, taking the time to go over the paperwork and teaching how to properly use the freight lift.
